  • 4 chicken pieces (legs and thighs)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Flip the chicken pieces and fry for an additional 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
