- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 red onion slices
- 4 pickle slices
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
