Ingredients

- 1 pound pork chops
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled carrots and daikon
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
