Ingredients
- 2 cups broken rice
- 1 pound pork chops
- 4 eggs
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled vegetables
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
- 2. Cook the broken rice according to package instructions.
- 3. In a bowl, marinate the pork chops with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
- 5. In the same pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- 6. Arrange the cooked broken rice, pork chops, fried eggs, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and pickled vegetables on a plate.
- 7. Serve with fish sauce on the side.
