  • 2 cups broken rice
  • 1 pound pork chops
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickled vegetables
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
  • 2. Cook the broken rice according to package instructions.
  • 3. In a bowl, marinate the pork chops with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
  • 5. In the same pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
  • 6. Arrange the cooked broken rice, pork chops, fried eggs, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and pickled vegetables on a plate.
