- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/2 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Coca-Cola, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season flank steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Pour Coca-Cola mixture over steak and transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, basting steak with glaze every few minutes.
