Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, vinegar, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and green chilies. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
- Add tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
