Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

    Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, vinegar, and salt for 30 minutes.
