Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and pepper.
