- 5 cups chicken broth

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
