Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips. Add the chicken and cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat the pasta and chicken with the sauce.
