Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture, using toothpicks to secure the opening.
  • Season the outside of the chicken breasts with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
