Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill or stovetop griddle.
- 2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- 3. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 4. Cook the patties on the grill or griddle for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
