Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic powder and onion powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the steamed cauliflower to the cheese sauce and stir to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
