- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce

- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, flour, cornmeal, scallions, cilantro, soy sauce, hot sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
