Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 package candy melts
• 24 lollipop sticks
• Sprinkles for decoration

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
