- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, lime wedges, sliced jalapenos, hoisin sauce, sriracha
