Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, five-spice powder, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
