- 1 can (10.75 ounces) low-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked whole wheat egg noodles
