  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) low-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked whole wheat egg noodles
