Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add beef strips to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
