Ingredients
- 1 rack of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the barbeque sauce all over the ribs.
- Grill the ribs for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
