Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the barbeque sauce all over the ribs.
  • Grill the ribs for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
  • Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
