  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
