Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
