- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- Confectioner's sugar, for garnish
