Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen filo pastry, thawed
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • Confectioner's sugar, for garnish
