- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
