Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 ounces of lean turkey breast
  • 1 slice of low-fat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1/2 cup of lettuce
  • 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
