Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 ounces of lean turkey breast
- 1 slice of low-fat cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1/2 cup of lettuce
- 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Toast the slices of whole wheat bread.
- 2. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- 3. Layer the turkey breast, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers on one slice of bread.
