Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
