- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the mashed banana, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
