- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- Prepare the fiberglass noodles according to package instructions.
