- 1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb. lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
