Ingredients

  • 8 ounces steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Season the steak with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned to your liking.

    Remove steak, add bell pepper and onion to skillet. Sauté until tender.

    Transfer vegetables out of skillet.
