Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and cook tofu until golden on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger to skillet. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Return pork and tofu to skillet; pour sauce over the mixture, tossing to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
