- 10 dried red chili peppers
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak the dried red chili peppers in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- 2. Remove the stems from the soaked chili peppers and roughly chop them.
- 3. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
