  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
