Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the lump crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Add the alfredo sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the crab meat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
