Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the lump crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  • Add the alfredo sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the crab meat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
