Ingredients
- 200 grams paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, pureed
- 12 cashews, soaked and ground
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
