  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cornichons
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
