  • 2 pounds pork belly
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes (optional)

Directions

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add pork belly and brown on all sides. Set aside.
