Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)
  • 1/4 cup moong dal (split mung beans)
  • 1/4 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  • 1. Soak quinoa, urad dal, moong dal, and chana dal in water for 4-6 hours.
  • 2. Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • 3. Add protein powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, and salt to the batter and mix well.
  • 4. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • 5. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • 6. Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
