Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)
- 1/4 cup moong dal (split mung beans)
- 1/4 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak quinoa, urad dal, moong dal, and chana dal in water for 4-6 hours.
- 2. Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter.
- 3. Add protein powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, and salt to the batter and mix well.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- 5. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
- 6. Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
- 7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
