This protein-packed chocolate bark is the perfect snack for when you need a little pick-me-up. It's easy to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in the protein powder until well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the chopped almonds and dried cranberries over the top of the chocolate.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, break it into pieces and serve.
