Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour marinade over it, turning to coat.
