Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork neck
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Add pork neck to the pot and brown on all sides.
  • Add diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, and diced potatoes to the pot.
  • Pour in the beer and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
