- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 sweet potato, boiled and sliced
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
