Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into chunks.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the sugar syrup from heat and let it cool.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the peaches, sugar syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
