- 1 teaspoon paprika or red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
