  • 1 teaspoon paprika or red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
