Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
