Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 tablespoons plain vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat until it reaches 110°F.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vegan yogurt.
- Cover the saucepan with a lid and wrap it in a towel.
- Place the saucepan in a warm place for 8-12 hours, until the mixture thickens and becomes yogurt.
