Ingredients
- 2 pounds of beef or goat meat
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

- 1. In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a marinade.
