Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella, sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
- Add the egg yolks to the Nutella mixture and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
- Grease individual ramekins or a soufflé dish with butter and dust with granulated sugar.
- Pour the Nutella mixture into the prepared ramekins or soufflé dish, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Place the ramekins or soufflé dish on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the soufflés have risen and are set.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
