Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella, sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the egg yolks to the Nutella mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Grease individual ramekins or a soufflé dish with butter and dust with granulated sugar.
  • Pour the Nutella mixture into the prepared ramekins or soufflé dish, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Place the ramekins or soufflé dish on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the soufflés have risen and are set.
  • Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
