  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp melatonin powder

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice and honey over low heat until the honey is dissolved.
  • Add the gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the melatonin powder.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Pop the gummies out of the mold and enjoy!
