Ingredients
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup gelatin powder
- 1 tsp melatonin powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice and honey over low heat until the honey is dissolved.
- Add the gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the melatonin powder.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Pop the gummies out of the mold and enjoy!
