  • 1 whole chicken
  • 4 mandarines
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the whole chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and garlic powder.
