Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 mandarines
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the whole chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and garlic powder.
