- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and shrimp, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet, and toss to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
