Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until tender.
