- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- Add melted butter, melted chocolate, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Pour all of the cream cheese mixture on top of the chocolate batter.
- Pour the remaining chocolate batter on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Use a knife to swirl the batters together.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
