Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
  • Add melted butter, melted chocolate, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Pour all of the cream cheese mixture on top of the chocolate batter.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate batter on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Use a knife to swirl the batters together.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.
